The Adams State Sandhill Review is an art and literary magazine that allows students to have the opportunity to submit writing, art, poetry, or any genre of writing of their choice to be able to be published in a magazine.


The Sandhill Review is a student magazine that is a great opportunity for students to branch out and share their work with the students and staff.


Each semester the Sandhill Review will release a fall and spring edition that allows students to get published and gain exposure.

The current issue that has been issued out is the fall addition, which includes cover art by Amalia Dorion.


Each section of this magazine includes poems, short stories, and artwork that is selected by the Sandhill Review staff.


Some of the past additions have included fiction, nonfictions, and a variety of different forms of poetry. There is not specific limit as to how many art pieces or literary pieces students can submit it is all up to personal preference. The previous work including in the Sandhill Review has been composed of a lot of hard works and efforts that has gone into students creating each piece of art and literate. Each addition of th


is art and literary magazine put together is significant to give the students of Adams State University as it is an outlet for their voices to be heard by there peers and also people around the community.


There are currently submissions that are open for the Spring edition and students and staff are able to send their submissions toasusandhill@adams.edu. The due date for this submission is on Friday, March 10th. The Sandhill Review magazine has created a space for students to express themselves in the form of creating art.
