Paw Print Editor: Brianna Robles

She dwells in shadows, unseen,

longing for love and dreams that wait untold,

but demons haunt her mind, a troubling scene,

their whispers echo, her spirit’s grasp takes hold.

She yearns to break the chains that tightly bind,

escape the doubts that cloak her in their mist,

chasing dreams beneath the starry sky,

seeking joy that love’s embrace might enlist.

Yet in the quiet of each lonely night,

she battles shadows that refuse to fade,

their claws dig deep, her soul puts up the fight,

her heart, a battleground for dreams unswayed.
